Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Job Function:

The Interra Warehouse & Logistics Specialist is responsible for helping the Inventory Manager organize & track all inventory. Sort orders and prepare them with the Assembly Shop personal to ensure efficient builds. Accurately move & track inventory using FishBowl, Excel and other software programs. Operate forklift to assist with Shipping & Receiving and shop organization.

Job Roles:

· Proficient at using Fishbowl and/or other ERP software, must be able to identify errors/challenges and communicate these issues to make corrections to existing transactions and minimize future errors.

· Operate Forklift safely and competently.

· Create and close Manufacturing Orders within FishBowl to properly track tools and consume inventory.

· Assist assembly in organizing and staging orders, ensuring they have the correct parts for each build.

· Ship and Receive orders, guaranteeing parts/tools coming and going match paperwork.

· Reconcile inventory levels recorded in Fishbowl with periodic physical stock counts.

· Minimize inventory discrepancies for both stock quantity and value.

· Review purchase orders, receiving documents, bill of materials, and transfer/sales orders to assure accuracy.

· Other duties as assigned by Interra from time to time.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and/or Logistics.

· Familiarity with ERPs or other business/inventory managements software.

· Ability to operate a forklift.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Valid driver’s licence as well as a clean driver abstract.

· Experience with international shipping would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
