We are seeking a Warehouse and Fleet Supervisor to support our logistics, fleet operations, and warehouse management. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational compliance, equipment maintenance, and timely distribution across all business divisions..
· Assist in keeping the warehouse and fleet in compliance with company’s policies and vision
· Perform receiving, warehousing, distribution duties along with building and fleet maintenance operations
· Maintain the warehouse and storage area organization and overall cleanliness
· Locate vendors of equipment and material and determine product cost via quotations, availability, and terms of sale
· Maintain records of shipments, inventory, calibration on an ongoing basis in support of all business divisions
· Liaise with Project Managers, suppliers and shipping companies
· Coordinate the calibration schedule of tools and equipment as required
· Dispense and perform the allocation of the tools and equipment
· Assist various business divisions where required with bucket truck and radial boom derrick truck
· Assist in the CVOR and fleet operations regulation compliance
· Various administrative tasks such as tracking documents, material receipts, timesheets, etc.
· Post Secondary School education in logistics would be an asset
· Problem-solving, excellent communication skills, organizational and time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, results driven, foster teamwork, proactive, attention to detail, ability to work with little to no supervision
· Valid 8 ton Mobile Crane Operators Card
· Works closely with the Project Managers, Business Development Manager, Field Supervisors, Health & Safety Manager, Administrative and Accounting staff on a daily basis.
· Must understand financial controls and company policies to follow budgetary guidelines and signing authorities for all purchases.
· Work environment consists of sitting, working at a computer, standing, walking, lifting weights of >50 lbs, occasional driving, forklift operations, bucket truck operations, and radial boom derrick operations
· May be required to be out of town on occasion based on business needs
