Key ResponsibilitiesEmployees are responsible for the reliable delivery of high quality utilities and customer service.

Responsibilities include daily 24 / 7 operation and maintenance of high-pressure water-tube boilers, open and closed loop chiller and HVAC systems, compressed air and vacuum systems. Key RequirementsMust demonstrate safe behavior, self-motivation, flexibility in working shifts, good communication skills, and a CAN DO attitude.

Basic mechanical and electrical skills to perform troubleshooting and repair

Basic computer skills are required for logs, and other communications

Experience Required 2 to 5 Years in utility systems operation (hands-on and distributed control systems experience preferred)

Valid Drivers License

Education Required High School or equivalent
