User Experience Communications Intern Summer 2026

As a User Experience Communications intern, you will support the User Experience & Adoption team in creating and delivering engaging communications that promote information technology tools and services.

You will report to the User Experience & Collaboration Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid summer internship.

- Draft and edit IT collaboration and adoption communications, including emails, newsletters, and intranet posts

- Help plan and implement tool adoption campaigns to increase awareness and usage

- Collaborate with company partners to gather feedback and promote programs

- Develop user-friendly content such as quick tips, guides, and training materials

- Support internal communities (e.g., Viva Engage) by posting updates, answering questions, and sharing success stories

Qualifications:

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications

- Minimum GPA of 3.0

- Completed Sophomore year of college

- Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet, social collaboration tools)

- Basic graphic design or video editing skills

- Interest in technology and how individuals experience technology in the workplace

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $22.69 per hour.
