Job Overview

Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC is currently seeking a dependable, safety-focused Torque & Test Operator to join our team in Williston, North Dakota. This position is responsible for performing torque and pressure testing services on oilfield equipment while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards in demanding field environments.

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are ready to work in a fast-paced oilfield setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform torque and pressure testing on oilfield equipment

- Torque up or torque down equipment as required

- Operate torque units, lubricators, and man baskets

- Perform field maintenance such as changing out casing valves

- Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise

- Work safely, follow all safe work practices, and complete daily JSA’s

- Communicate effectively with co-workers, rig crews, and company man on location

- Ensure all work meets company and industry safety standards

- Complete required job documentation accurately and timely

- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment

- Ability to work in harsh conditions, including extreme heat and sub-freezing temperatures

- Familiarity with 2-way check valves, greasing procedures, and pressure testing equipment

Qualifications

- Previous torque and/or pressure testing experience preferred

- Oilfield experience strongly preferred

- Ability to operate torque equipment independently

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

- Ability to work long hours and rotational schedules

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Pay & Benefits
