Barrick is seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Rewards team. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, this role plays a key part in the administration and continuous enhancement of our global compensation, equity, and benefits programs.

- Manage global equity compensation programs using Morgan Stanley at Work (Shareworks)
- Administer employee accounts and long-term incentive (LTI) grants
- Coordinate employee share plan enrollments, purchases, sales, and dividend distributions
- Serve as a point of contact for equity-related inquiries
- Administer group benefits, retirement plans, global mobility programs, wellness initiatives, perquisites, and equity plans
- Process new hire enrollments, terminations, and system updates
- Track and report taxable benefits
- Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy and urgency
- Process global invoices and reconcile intercompany charges in partnership with HR, Finance, and Accounting
- Support budgeting and accounts payable processes related to rewards programs
- Generate, maintain, and analyze compensation, benefits, and HR dashboards and reports
- Interpret rewards data to provide actionable insights and ensure data integrity
- Partner with the broader Rewards team to support year-end compensation planning and execution
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within rewards programs
- Maintain and update process documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field- Hands-on experience in compensation, equity administration, and/or HRIS systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including managing complex spreadsheets and large data sets
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and concepts
- Experience with budgeting and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in French and/or Spanish
