Join us as a Tool and Die Fabrication Specialist

- Translate blueprints/job prints into precision tooling; fabricate or modify as required.
- Sharpen tools and confirm holders are ready for service before returning them to storage.
- Repair or request replacement tooling, components, and hardware to maintain stock.
- Maintain accurate toolroom control by checking tools in and out.
- Set up and run toolroom equipment (lathes, grinders, etc.) to create form tools, taps, drills, and holders.
- Prepare complete setup kits for production equipment as needed.
- Experience in the fastener industry preferred; heading exposure is a plus.
- Clear, steady communication with supervisors, peers, and team members (phone, email, written, in person).
- Strong organization and prioritization; able to move quickly between tasks with few errors.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality systems.
- Deductive reasoning: apply general rules to specific cases to reach sound conclusions.
- Capability to adjust machine parameters (speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, flow).
- Basic maintenance knowledge for heading operations.
- Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and reading blueprints.
- Commitment to OSHA and company safety procedures.
- 100% onsite at one location.
- Hands-on toolroom with collaborative production support.

- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
