Temporary General Labourer

Job Description

We are hiring General Labourers immediately for large-scale solar construction projects across Ontario.

This is a full-time, physically active outdoor role working with a fast-paced crew on commercial solar sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Carrying and staging solar panels, racking, and materials

- Supporting installation crews with setup and teardown

- Assisting with panel removal and reinstallation

- Maintaining clean, organized work areas

- Using basic hand tools safely

- Take direction and stay on task

- Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather

This is a physically demanding job — you will be on your feet, lifting, and moving all day.

Requirements

- Working at Heights

- Reliable transportation to site (required)

- Ability to work full shifts outdoors

- Ability to lift and carry materials repeatedly

- Basic comfort with hand tools

Pay & Schedule

- $20 hour (based on experience)

- Full-time hours (Monday–Thursday 7-7)

- Overtime opportunities available
