Rebellion Fabrication is seeking a Temporary Account Manager to support our finance team during a short-term transition. This is a part-time, remote role focused on execution and accuracy, working closely with our CFO to manage payroll, cash flow, and payables.
This role is temporary only and not a temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Process weekly payroll
- Execute weekly cash flow plans
- Manage vendor payments through Bill.com
- Determine payment timing and priorities in coordination with the CFO
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Participate in daily check-ins with the CFO
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or account management
- Hands-on experience with Bill.com (required)
- Strong understanding of payroll, cash flow, and A/P
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable collaborating closely with executive leadership
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication is a plus
- Temporary position (not temp-to-hire)
