This role supports field and shop operations by preparing, loading, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting, assembling/disassembling tools, operating forklifts or cranes, transporting parts, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing and loading jobs in addition to cleaning, inspecting, and refurbishing equipment.
- Understanding of Hydraulic and Electrical schematics.
- Prior knowledge with Chokes, well control chokes and panels.
- Perform work in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensure compliance to industry standards.
- Paint equipment in accordance with specifications
- Pick up/deliver parts as assigned by Base Supervisor and/or Operations Manager
- Operate crane and/or forklift to load and unload jobs.
- Clean, service, and refurbish tools as required by supervisor.
- Assembly and disassembly of tools relative to services provided per location.
- Maintain clean work environment
- Knowledge of, understanding of, and complying with Quality, Operating, and Technical Policy and Procedures
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Perform various other duties / activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of job.
- Able to perform duties at assigned main work / maintenance equipment rental station.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge or training on equipment
- Good oral & written communication skills

- Must maintain 90% attendance record
- Comply with all company safety requirements.
- Report safety observations, incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
- Complete all assigned safety training.
- Mechanical Assembly
- Good oral & written communication, able to prepare reports & communicate with management
- Good work ethic, attendance, reliability & able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
- Read & write English, bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
