ThermoFusion is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual four our Sales Representative role.
The ideal candidate is a mechanically inclined individual with a proven track record of success in sales or has been active in an engineering or operations role with an interest in moving to sales, an interest in learning and understanding the heat treating & brazing industry, and a passion for cultivating customer relationships.

•Accountable for Achieving Sales Outcomes: Demonstrate ownership of sales outcomes, consistently striving to exceed individual and team targets.
•Proactive Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential challenges, bringing issues to management's attention early and actively participate in developing effective solutions.
•Opportunity Generation: Engage in prospecting activities, dedicating time to identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities.
•Organized Approach to Deal Development: Exhibit strong organizational skills, effectively managing time and activities to ensure timely follow-up on new opportunities and ongoing projects.
Success Factors:
•Proven Track Record of Sales Success (If you have prior experience): Possess a demonstrable history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a relevant industry.
•A Thirst to Learn: Eager to take on a new technical industry and develop an understanding of heat treating and brazing including key trends, technologies, and customer needs.
•Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, effectively communicating ThermoFusion's value proposition and building trust through attentive listening and responsive interactions.
•Proactive Initiative: Proactively seek out new opportunities, demonstrating a self-starting attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.
•Organizational Prowess: Maintain a well-organized approach to work, effectively prioritizing tasks to achieve goals efficiently.
•Time Management Skills: Effectively manage time to balance prospecting, deal development, customer relationship management, and administrative tasks, ensuring optimal productivity and achievement of sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
•Local travel is expected within northern California. Occasional travel is expected to northern Nevada and southern California. Occasional travel is expected to customers, trade shows and meetings throughout the US. (Auto allowance will be provided.)
•Must have and maintain a valid Driver License and clean DMV record.
Educational Background:
•Engineering or technical degree not required but may be a plus!

Salary: $80 K base salary plus competitive commission structure that could produce $130k or higher with definitive results.
Hours: Approximately 50 hours / week are expected
