Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in various software applications, and have excellent communication abilities. This position will be in the Fire and Security Alarm Department of our Company.
Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to clients, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
•Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
•Assist with data entry and management using various software applications, including T Sheets and QuickBooks.
•Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
•Strong administrative skills with a focus on time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficient computer literacy, including experience and familiarity with QuickBooks.
•Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
•Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in data entry tasks.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Demonstrated phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and team members.
