Safe Home Security is a trusted provider of home security solutions, helping customers feel safe and secure in their homes. We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team—no prior tech experience is required! We provide full training to help you succeed.
As a Tech Support & Scheduling Representative, you will assist customers by troubleshooting basic alarm system issues and scheduling service appointments. If you enjoy helping people and have good communication skills, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in customer service and tech support!
- Answer calls and emails from customers needing help with their home security systems.
- Walk customers through simple troubleshooting steps.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians.
- Keep records of customer issues and solutions in our system.
- Provide clear and friendly updates to customers about appointments and services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure great customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (no experience needed, training provided!).
- Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
