We’re looking for a

to join our team! As Team Lead, you’ll oversee all electrical URD design and coordination with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with requirements. You’ll provide daily leadership and technical direction to a team of engineers, planners, and technologists — helping them perform at their best.

The Team Lead plays a key role in ensuring the team operates efficiently, utilizes the right tools and processes, and develops their skills through training and mentorship — all while staying accountable to our customers.

This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
