Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Control (QC) Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment, combined with excellent coordination and leadership skills. This role will be responsible for supervising quality control activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead and coordinate QC activities on the production floor.

•

Supervise and support the quality team to ensure timely and accurate inspections.

•

Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and height gauges to verify product specifications.

•

Read and interpret technical drawings to assess compliance.

•

Maintain accurate inspection records, perform data analysis, and prepare quality reports.

•

Communicate quality issues and support resolution in collaboration with production and engineering teams.

•

Promote and uphold company quality standards and policies.

Qualifications:

•

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management.

•

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.

•

Proficient in using common measuring tools (e.g., calipers, height gauges).

•

Competent in using office software (e.g., Excel, Word) with basic data processing and report writing skills.

•

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

•

Experience in tube-making or stamping is a plus, but not required.

•

Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a positive, hardworking attitude are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:

•

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

•

Occasional Saturday overtime may be required.
