Job Description•We are seeking a data-driven professional with a strong focus on talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and individual development planning. This role involves analyzing and maintaining top talent and successor pipelines, supporting the creation and tracking of development plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor to identifying high-potential talent, monitoring progress, and driving initiatives that strengthen leadership readiness and workforce capability.
•Development Management: Design and implement strategic talent development initiatives, including regular talent reviews and targeted meetings with high-potential employees and successors to track progress and support their growth. Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to identify training needs and create customized development plans aligned with organizational objectives. Drive process automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed in delivering development programs.
•Performance Management: People Review Process Oversee the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and the development of personal growth plans. Create clear, user-friendly guides and collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to deliver workshops and host office hours. Provide continuous support to People Business Partners (PBPs) and HR teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the process and to resolve any related questions or challenges. Additionally, generate executive-level reports to keep leadership informed on the progress and status of each phase of the People Review Process.

The current workload associated with managing People Review, Succession Planning, and Top Talent initiatives has exceeded the capacity of our existing team. To maintain the quality and strategic impact of these programs, it is essential to bring in additional resources with the right expertise. Below are the key reasons and profile requirements:
Increased Complexity and Volume•People Review involves large-scale performance evaluations, feedback collection, and comprehensive assessments across the organization.
•Succession Planning requires identifying high-potential talent, developing personalized growth plans, and maintaining a strong pipeline for critical roles—demanding continuous monitoring and operational oversight.
•Top Talent Management includes designing and executing personalized development plans, mentorship programs, and retention strategies to keep top talents engaged and motivated. These efforts require dedicated focus and specialized skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To effectively support and scale these initiatives, the ideal candidate should bring the following qualifications and capabilities:
•Strategic Talent Development Focus: A strong background in succession planning, performance management, high-potential talent development, the creation of development plans, and manage and operate a high quantity of data. The role should be data-driven, with less emphasis on traditional HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits, or generalist responsibilities.
•Workday Expertise: Proficiency in Workday is essential, as our talent model heavily relies on this platform for managing succession planning, performance reviews, and career path development.
•Balanced Skill Set: The role requires 80/20 split between:
•80 - Operational Execution: Managing dashboards, updating systems, and analyzing talent data.
•20 - Strategic Process Improvement: Applying critical thinking to enhance talent processes and support continuous improvement.
•Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Job Requirements
•Required Experience: Human Resources or Talent Development: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, talent development, or a related field.
•Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align talent development initiatives with organizational goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•Skills and Abilities Required: Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire people. Proven ability to design, implement, and manage talent development initiatives.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work collaboratively with HR partners, business leaders, and employees.
