This is an on-site position in the Chicago loop.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, with a primary focus on management-level hiring and oversight of frontline recruiting strategies. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, field managers, and HR teams to attract, engage, and retain top talent. The TA Manager will also drive process improvements, enhance employer branding, and ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all levels of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Lead recruiting efforts for management and professional-level positions, partnering with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
•Oversee the strategy and execution of frontline recruiting efforts across field locations, including guidance on sourcing, screening, and onboarding best practices.
•Develop and implement effective, scalable recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and talent diversity.
•Manage and continuously improve the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and ease of use.
•Coach and support hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices; develop interview guides and other tools as needed.
•Partner with HR and operations to analyze workforce planning needs and proactively build candidate pipelines for key roles.
•Monitor recruiting metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
•Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote employer brand and build candidate networks.
•Ensure recruiting processes remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies.
•Stay current on recruiting trends and market conditions; recommend innovative approaches to attract top talent.
•Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including proven success in recruiting management-level positions.
•Experience leading or overseeing frontline/high-volume recruitment programs across multiple locations.
•Demonstrated expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS); implementation experience strongly preferred.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies across diverse role types and markets.
•High level of initiative, organization, and time management with the ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines.
•In-depth knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment-related platforms and tools.
