Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•Full lifecycle recruiting: Including recruitment marketing, hiring plan development, implement and manage job postings, networking with schools, soliciting referrals, sourcing candidates and direct candidate communication, attending career fairs and other networking events, leveraging social media and campaigns, reviewing applications, screening candidates, coordinating phone calls, virtual/in-person interviews, creating agendas, arranging travel and coordinating candidate reimbursement, ensuring all paperwork is collected, communication with applicants throughout the recruiting process, and providing offer letters and negotiating offers of employment.
•Onboarding: Including initiating applicable background checks/drug tests, entering hiring information into applicable HR systems, creating first day/week agendas in collaboration with hiring managers, setting expectations with new hire that will help them be successful and answering any questions the new hire has, coordinating with others to ensure a great onboarding experience, working with hiring managers to ensure they receive any support needed, following up with new hires post-start, and more.
•Communications: Close coordination with hiring managers on hiring plan creation and implementation, recruitment marketing plan development, creating/editing job descriptions, direct candidate communication through sourcing, and interviewing, drafting personnel announcements, creating meeting notices, and social media campaigns.
•Metrics: Be responsible for transparent statistics and metric tracking and reporting results to HR and executive management.
•As an HR team member, a willingness to be support other HR initiatives as they arise.
•Other job duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
•Associate’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, Business or another related field.
•2+ years’ experience in HR or Recruiting preferred.

•Must always maintain confidentiality and integrity, being cognizant of when to consult with HR Manager.
•Must be self-motivated, resourceful and have a can-do attitude.
•Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
•Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability and desire to follow up with others to help them be organized and stay on track.
•Dependability with a strong work ethic is a must.
•Must be friendly but also focused on results.
•Strong customer/employee focus.
•Must be diplomatic and proactive in keeping recruiting and onboarding efforts moving forward.
•Ability to develop relationships and trust is a must.
•Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
•Must take pride in your work and have a desire to take ownership of your role.
•Must be computer proficient- Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
•Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
•English oral and written proficiency, required.
•Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, required.
•Process improvement minded, is a plus.
Organizational Framework:
•This position reports to the HR Manager and has no direct reports.
•Advice, leads, consults, and coordinates with:
+ IT
+ Finance/Other Internal Departments
+ All employees in an onboarding capacity
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
•Working environment is in an office setting and repair/manufacturing shop.
•Extended time on a computer, phone, and sitting.
