The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with various Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring process that aligns with the organization's values and goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building a diverse, talented, and high-performing workforce. This is an Anchorage, Alaska based position that requires physical presence in the office during normal business hours M-F.
