Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Foster that relationship + Find ways for the company to be involved with the key locations so that we are the preferred choice for fielding candidates

- This may include visits to the locations, involvement in the classes, mock interviews, etc.

+ Foster that relationship + Find ways for the company to be involved with the school so that we are the preferred choice for fielding candidates

- This may include visits to the schools, involvement in the classes, mock interviews, etc.

+ New Hire list over to team for set-up of all systems. + Work w/DHR on any codes or areas that need to be added into JIRA forms + Update, refresh, close, all job openings + New Hire Offers + Non-Exempt promotions + Upkeep of our staffing spreadsheets

All employees are eligible to receive some form of company benefits. All benefits are available to regular, full-time employees who maintain an average of 30 hours worked per week. Qualifying employees can enjoy paid holidays and PTO. Health benefits will be available from the first of next month following 30 days of employment. The 401k and matching program are available after their 90-day introductory period.
