Mutanda Mining (MUMI S.A.R.L) is a mining company whose registered office is at No. 4746, Avenue Laurent Désiré Kabila, Mutoshi District, Manika Commune, City of Kolwezi. Its operating headquarters, the center of its main activities, is located about 42 km from the city of Kolwezi in the province of Lualaba in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
MUMI S.A.R.L is an open-pit mining site used for the extraction of copper and cobalt ores. Mutanda Mining has a hydrometallurgical plant and a sulfuric acid manufacturing plant.

Main objectives of the position
Under the direct supervision of the Organizational Development Manager, the Talent Acquisition Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure the efficient and timely sourcing, selection, and hiring of qualified talent aligned with Mutanda Mining’s workforce requirements. Operating at both strategic and operational levels, this role plays a critical part in attracting high-caliber candidates for both technical and non-technical positions across the mine site.
Minimum qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Occupational or Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Experience
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a management role in this field.
Experience in the mining sector will be considered an asset.
Required skills
•Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
•Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
•Proven skills in strategic talent planning
•Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
•Data analysis skills and ability to generate relevant reports

Key Responsibilities
•Supervise the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, final selection, and the onboarding process for new employees.
•Work closely with line managers to define job profiles and establish recruitment timelines aligned with operational needs.
•Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and local legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
•Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
•Ensure the integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles at every stage of the recruitment process.
•Promote the company's image as an employer of choice through internal and external communication initiatives focused on employer branding.
•Ensure optimal use of recruitment platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, ATS) for accurate tracking and efficient reporting.
•Represent the company at job fairs, academic events, and professional industry gatherings.
•Ensure that recruitment processes comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
