Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Manager
to support our continued growth. In this role, you will lead the search for top talent across key departments. This position is based onsite in Los Angeles and is on-site, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments.
•Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging existing resources and networks.
•Identify and recommend innovative recruiting strategies and best practices.
•Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, create interview matrices, provide market insights, and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
•Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to guide hiring strategies.
Qualifications
•3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience utilizing external job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
•Knowledge of best hiring practices and applicable employment laws and regulations.
•Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation
•$120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
