- Conduct candidate searches using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases
- Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruitment events
- Perform initial applicant screening through resume reviews and preliminary phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Assist hiring teams with the interview process
- Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
- Support employer branding initiatives by maintaining the company's career page and social media presence
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- An associate’s degree in a related business field with three (3) or more years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Experience configuring applicant tracking systems, HR technologies, and on-line job posting
- Experience with ADP ATS
- Oil and gas industry-related experience helpful.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
