Expected salary range of $81,000 to $90,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Candidate will possess the experience and skills to support and maintain in a role within the Constellation IT organization by providing operational technical insights to stakeholders regarding IT system solutions being deployed within the enterprise environment. Must possess ability to monitor and maintain fundamental IT system initiatives and projects, to include both cloud, non-cloud and hybrid-cloud models. The IT Systems Administrator will be expected to provide technical expertise to support delivery and maintenance of IT solutions supporting Constellation. Must have the ability to evaluate IT infrastructure and application solutions and make recommendations for supporting application and data workloads within various hosting models. Demonstrate skills for basic monitoring, configuration and maintenance of, current hosting services to support virtual hosting technologies, software defined datacenter technologies, hyper-converged datacenter hardware solutions, and software tools. This role will work in collaboration with other IT teams, their leadership, enterprise business partners, vendors and project/design teams, in all aspects of the secure & reliable hosting of applications throughout Constellation's large & complex enterprise and real time operational environments.

- Support projects, planning, maintenance and operations. Consults with leadership, project teams, application/service support teams and end users to support availability and perform feasibility analysis on potential changes related to IT Operations Center. Provide technical expertise for maintaining performance and reliability of key IT solutions.

- Work closely with peers to develop future improvement plans, resource requirements, migrations strategies, and project schedules. Understand other technologies and service offerings and their impact to the delivery of cloud based/hybrid/on-prem services.

- Provide evaluation, testing, lab and mockup solutions as needed. Serve as a resource in assigned daily support and deployments to operations and ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational metrics (SLA's). Responsible for operating and maintaining solutions at the component level, including hands-on configuration, troubleshooting and metrics for cloud based/hybrid/on-prem services.

- Provide feedback to peers for risks identified during business impact analysis, site risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.

- Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within our own discipline or function.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or related field) and 2-5 years relevant experience (IT infrastructure support, application support, cloud computing, disaster/recovery) or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one operational domain such as storage, computer, database, collaboration, application support, cloud hosting and related technologies

- Ability to travel domestically.

- 24/7 on-call rotational duties

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced working knowledge/experience of network administration (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, etc).

- Ability to troubleshoot network / server issues based on received alerts, client input, or other information available.

- Ability to correlate problems with causes, provide higher level technical assistance, and escalate as needed for timely resolution of IT network and systems outages.

- Advanced working knowledge of IT network and systems management tools (experience with Network Node Manager, System Center Operations Manager, Service Manager, Nagios XI, Meraki, and similar monitoring tools is a plus).

- Experience with Cisco hardware and software configurations.

- Advanced working knowledge/experience of server administration (Windows 2008,2012; RedHat).

- Prior Energy sector IT experience needed, Nuclear refueling outage support preferred.

General IT Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 suite

- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices

- Familiarity with Network Operation Center practices
