Our last prototype, Trenta, completed 10,000 high-power pulses and reached plasma temperatures of 100 million degrees Celsius (9 keV). You will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, and optimization of Helion's enterprise applications and integrations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, enhance processes through technology, and ensure secure, compliant system operations. You'll also manage cloud environments, vendor relationships, and maintain overall IT infrastructure health. This is an onsite role that reports directly to our System Security Manager at our Everett, WA office.
- Partner with technical and business teams to analyze workflows and implement secure, technology-driven improvements
- Lead administration and maintenance of enterprise applications, integrations, and access controls
- Configure and manage authentication, security policies, and privileged accounts across systems
- Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
- Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise applications, integrations, and infrastructure in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
- Manage and support workloads in Azure and AWS environments
- Support vendor management, including contracts, roadmaps, and service agreements
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical system incidents- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in systems administration, systems integration, or business analysis
- Proven experience integrating and automating systems using APIs and middleware
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, NetSuite, Siemens PLM, NX, CAD/CAM, HRIS, ATS
- Proficient with Windows/Linux environments, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID
- Strong troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
