aHermosa, located approximately 75 miles south-east of Tucson, Arizona, is the only advanced mining project in the United States as of 2023 that could produce two federally designated critical minerals—manganese and zinc—as well as silver and lead. The project has the potential to help power the nation’s clean energy future, strengthen the domestic supply chain of critical minerals, grow the local economy, and improve lives in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding community for generations to come

ABOUT THE R

OLE The Systems Completion Specialist will oversee the management of the completions and commissioning management system (Hexagon CCMS Smart Completions) and will provide guidance and support for the creation of all procedures relating to project completions and project phase transition. This role is a Permanent position based at the Hermosa Project site, near Patagonia, Ariz

ona.

- to: Manage creation, role configuration (authorization level), support and training for user manage

- ment.Create various account levels for use by different users throughout the pro

- ject.Create and set up CCMS WBS

- tree.Consolidate and classify asset lists, ensuring accurate data entry and organiza

- tion.Collaborate with the commissioning manager and engineering to support creation of proper subsy

- stemsOversee the creation, digitalization and allocation of project records for each asset

- type.Aid the EPC and Commissioning groups in creation of a project punch proce

- dure.Manage the project through various stages (construction, pre-operational commissioning, and operational commissioning), ensuring smooth custody transfers for each turnover and handover asset transi

- tion.Configure, create and monitor Turnover and Handover document pack

- ages.Configure the various CCMS tools used to manage day to day activi

- ties.Lead creation and implementation of the P6 module in Hexagon to align with both the commissioning and overall project schedules. Develop project reports to track all key metrics d

- aily.Support setup of other CCMS Built in Managing Mod

- ules.Support development and delivery of training programs to personnel who will be required to access the Hexagon Smart Completions plat

form.
