As a Swab Rig Operator at Harley Drilling you will be an important member of the team. You will be responsible for all operations of the swab rig and associated crew members. Key tasks and skills are accountability, initiative, the ability to work well in teams, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Previous swab or workover rig operator experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Operate swab rigs and other heavy equipment such as excavators, skid loaders, and vac trucks to support swabbing operation

- Conduct routine inspections of swab rig and equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Lead the setup, rigging, and dismantling of swab rig and components on site

- Follow OSHA safety standards diligently during all operations, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and team members

- Collaborate with team members to execute tasks efficiently

- Maintain detailed logs of work completed at each site

Qualifications

- Prior experience operating swab or workover rigs, or heavy equipment.

- Mechanical knowledge related to general oil & gas operations

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) for tanker or specialized vehicle operation

- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for demanding tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
