The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical Supply Chain projects and initiatives. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the support of Supply Chain improvement initiatives, Supply Chain analytics, the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated Training Programs and Manuals, and daily operational data management activities and item attributes.
The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
- Manage the Item Setup, Item Attribute, and Agreement Setup Process, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the system.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Document Control Procedures for supply chain processes, including training support as needed.
- Assist various Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions with daily activities, including work order completions, issue resolution, and data analysis.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration and/or combination of education and experience (in related industry).
- Minimum 1-year experience with procurement, warehousing, and data analytics industry best practices.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Strong working knowledge of common software packages (MS Office, Acrobat, etc.) and ERP systems (Oracle, Sage).
