Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the daily execution of ES Solar’s supply chain and logistics operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely material ordering, and effective coordination of shipments between warehouses and job sites. The Supply Chain Coordinator is essential to bridging operational needs with strategic planning, providing reliable data and execution that enables project success.

Responsibilities

- Manage weekly ordering and replenishment of materials in alignment with supply chain strategy.

- Maintain accurate inventory transactions, records, and reports in NetSuite.

- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and product transfers between warehouses and job sites.

- Support construction managers and warehouse managers to ensure materials availability.

- Track deliveries and resolve logistical issues to maintain project timelines.

- Provide data and insights to the Senior Supply Chain Manager for forecasting and reporting.

- Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure efficient product flow from suppliers to customers.

- Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or warehouse operations.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

- Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
