Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description

Supply Chain Specialist manage order entry and customer service queue. Processing orders with great attention to detail. Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels. Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility and other responsibilities.

Duties and responsibilities

Main responsibilities will include:

- Customer PO acknowledgements

- Sales order entry into ERP system

- Managing supply chain documents

- Customer order backlog management

- Customer Service (order acknowledgment, shipping/tracking communication, estimated delivery dates, inquiries, stock availability/lead times, etc.).

Required Experience:

- Supply Chain

- Logistics

- ERP Systems

- Planning/Scheduling

- Pricing/SPA’s

- Customer Service

- Excel (Tables, Vlookup, Pivot Tables)

High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

2+ years’ experience in order entry

2+ years experience in Customer Service

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Experience with 3PL or Third PL

Inventory maintenance experience a plus

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

Outstanding attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
