The Position: We are looking for a Supervisor to manage and direct the hourly work force within the Wire Mill Processing department.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and direct the hourly work force.

- Responsible for productivity, quality, safety and housekeeping, scrap control, and process control.

- Interface effectively with other members of supervision, personnel from other departments, and union personnel.

- Individual will be required to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).

- Trains new employees to the department.

Requirements:

- Industrial supervisory experience preferred.

- High school or equivalent required.

- Assertive and goal oriented.

- A self-starter with positive attitude.

- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.

- Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.

- Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software.

PAY RANGE: $56,825 - $71,031
