b19 Consulting is working with a boutique EPC company to find a Substation Protection & Control Engineering Team Lead that has an extensive electric utility background, via either EPC, Consultancy or directly at the owner.

In this role as a Substation P&C Engineering Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on solar/renewables projects. You will be tasked with leading a major client and while starting off leading a small team as you grow so will your responsibility and team.

The Ideal Substation P&C Engineering Team Lead will have:

- 5+ years utility substation P&C design experience (15kV through to 500kV)

- Strong communication skills to coordinate with project engineers, designers and client representatives.

- Prior mentorship / leadership experience

- Relay settings/System Protection experience

- Ability to lead a large portion or the entirety of a substation design project.

- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

- Professional Engineer (PE) License
