Now Hiring: Subscriber Services Representative I Location: KAMO Power Headquarters – Vinita, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is seeking a customer-focused Subscriber Services Representative I to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. This role is essential in supporting our cooperative fiber subscribers by providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming cooperative fiber calls and provide general information

- Resolve equipment and subscription issues per cooperative procedures

- Accurately enter support tickets with all required subscriber and issue details

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure subscriber satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required

- Associate degree or 2-year technical degree in computer technology/network administration preferred

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or help desk

- Experience with utility fiber-to-the-home systems preferred

- Equivalent industry experience may substitute for formal education
