Sub Contractors Wanted - Low Voltage Outdoor Lighting Installer

LumaGlow Lighting is seeking experienced Low Voltage Outdoor Lighting Installers and Sub Contractors to join our team. We specialize in installing year-round holiday and seasonal LED lighting and Landscape lighting for homes and businesses. Are you passionate about craftsmanship and love working outdoors?

Responsibilities:

- Install permanent lighting on eaves, rooflines, and other exterior features.

- Safely climb and work on ladders at roof heights.

- Ensure high-quality, precise installations that meet our standards.

- Work independently and manage tasks without supervision.

- Collaborate with customers to provide top-tier service and satisfaction.

- Install Patio String Lights and Landscape lighting

Requirements:

- Comfortable working at heights, including rooftops and gutters.

- 2 Years of electrical experience

- Have your own truck and tools

- Tool allowance for what you need

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no accidents or violations in the past 3 years).

- Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.

Compensation:

- $25 to $30 per hour or piece rate, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

- Possession of a valid driver's license

- 2 Years of electrical or low voltage experience

- Have your own truck and tools

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation instructions

- Prior experience in outdoor lighting installation is a plus
