Solar Appointment Setter – Full-Time or Part-Time Clear Pathway to Solar Closer

We’re expanding our clean-energy outreach team in the Frisco–Dallas region and are hiring motivated individuals for both full-time and part-time positions. All new hires begin as Solar Appointment Setters, with the opportunity to advance into a Solar Closer role after several weeks of structured training and consistent performance.

Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll visit residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule qualified solar consultations. There is no selling required during this phase — your focus is simply on engagement and setting appointments.

Once training is completed and performance milestones are met, you’ll transition into the Solar Closer track, participating in consultations, presenting proposals, and eventually closing your own deals.

Responsibilities

- Knock doors and speak with homeowners

- Share basic information on solar incentives and clean-energy programs

- Set and confirm appointments for our solar consultants

- Follow routing and reporting procedures

- Attend ongoing training to prepare for the closer role

Training & Schedule

No experience required — we train you.

- Virtual Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays

- In-Person Coaching (Frisco, TX): Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Work Schedules:

- Full-Time: Afternoon–evening, Monday–Friday

- Part-Time: Flexible 3–5 day schedule, afternoons/evenings preferred

Qualifications

- Located near Frisco or Dallas, TX

- Has a personal vehicle and smartphone

- Comfortable speaking with homeowners

- Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated

- Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)

Compensation

- Commission-only pay structure

- Bonuses for qualified and completed appointments

- Higher earning potential after promotion to Solar Closer

- Advancement available for both part-time and full-time staff
