Solar Sales Representative (Setter / Closer)

We are seeking motivated, competitive individuals to represent our solar brand in a direct-to-consumer environment in northern Illinois

. Setters engage homeowners, generate qualified appointments, and educate prospects on solar options. Closers conduct in-home or virtual consultations, present customized solutions, and finalize agreements.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated

- Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and handling rejection

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

- Professional demeanor and goal-oriented mindset

- Reliable transportation and smartphone required

- Sales experience preferred but not required; training provided
