# Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and implement projects at various customer work sites in the US and abroad, including the activities of staff and subcontractors.

- The primary customer contact for the duration of each project.

- May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.

- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.

- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.

- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

- Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

- Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.


Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Service Delivery and Digital Project Management.

- Must be willing to travel <25%

- This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be based within commuting distance of GEV hubs.

- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $104,00USD - $130,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
