Staff Accountant II, III

Job Description

The responsibilities for the Accountant position include preparation of monthly journal entries and reconciliations and addressing ad hoc requests for the Utility Accounting team. The Accountant is primarily responsible for recording and reporting on Operations and Maintenance Expenses for a Local Distribution Utility; Variance analysis; FERC ledger and FERC reporting; and other ad hoc requests. This role must work well with strict deadlines. This include preparing and maintaining rider related entries and working with the regulatory accounting team.
