Sr. Continuous Improvement Leader at Crystal Springs, MS location, you will be the driving force behind implementing the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System across our Factory Value Chain. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive strategy deployment in partnership with factory leadership.
- Facilitate breakthrough objectives, KPIs, action plans, and Kaizen roadmaps.
- Lead implementation and maturity development of the ITM System.
- Champion a culture focused on waste elimination and continuous improvement.
- Optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost performance.
- Lead cost‑out initiatives and productivity improvement projects.
- Build team capability through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and servant leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Several years of manufacturing experience; transformer or energy sector preferred.
- 5+ years of hands‑on Lean system implementation (e.g., TPS, HOS, DBS).- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; experience in system transformation preferred.
- Strong communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
- Proficiency with analytical tools, Office software, and statistical platforms.
