- Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will contribute directly to efficient financial operations by ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices including resolution of complex transactions through trouble shooting and root cause identification
- Track, analyze, and resolve accounts payable inquiries timely and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders (vendors, procurement, business contacts)
- Provide guidance and training to junior accounts payable staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, as needed
- Prepare and provide vendor statements, as needed
- Generate and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and consistent adherence to the company’s policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Additional qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant AP experience or shared service experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
- Fluent in English, both oral and written required
- Experience with SAP and VIM Open Text required
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word required
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and self-motivated required
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form and to collaborate and build a positive rapport with all levels of staff and management across functional areas required

Our Refineries and Logistics Operations
