- Create and maintain reusable Level 1 (platform‑wide) and Level 2 (use‑case–specific) architecture diagrams reflecting scalable, innovative design patterns.
- Review RFP responses for accuracy, clarity, and compliance while fostering collaboration across functional teams.
- Serve as Solution Lead for assigned pursuits, partnering with the E/CE to align win themes, pricing strategy, architectural feasibility, and value.
- Support the development of Opportunity Review Board (ORB) materials to promote transparent decision‑making and internal alignment.
- Validate technical scope, integration feasibility, and contractual clarity to ensure a seamless transition from pre‑sales to delivery.
- Lead the articulation of Grid Edge Intelligence use cases and help customers understand the incremental value of AMI 2.0 programs.
- Provide guidance on Intelligent Network Connectivity considerations—including performance, resilience, and cost efficiency—to support customer decision‑making.
- Partner with the E/CE to shape opportunities, expand solution scope, and increase Total Contract Value (TCV) through collaborative and customer‑focused design.
- Maintain a library of reusable solution artifacts, including diagrams, blueprints, and messaging frameworks.
- Offer structured feedback to Product Line Managers to strengthen solution readiness and alignment with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Presales Engineers to ensure demos effectively reinforce solution architecture and customer value.
- Support internal education and knowledge‑sharing to enhance architectural consistency and solution awareness across teams.- 8+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, product management, or related roles — or equivalent experience in utilities, telecom, or enterprise technology.
- Ability to develop and communicate Level 1 and Level 2 architectures across diverse technologies and deployment environments.
- Experience translating customer goals into use cases and into executable, high‑value solutions.
- Familiarity with AMI systems, Grid Edge Intelligence, MDMS, device intelligence platforms, and intelligent network connectivity (cellular or mesh).
- Ability to articulate regulatory considerations and business case justification for AMI 2.0 and modernization programs.
- Experience with solution scoping, SOW development, and cross‑functional solution definition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage authentically with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Experience collaborating with utility operations, planning, or regulatory teams.
