What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience

- Proven track record of closing residential deals

- Self-motivated, competitive, and professional

- Willing to work both self-gen and provided opportunities

- Hungry for growth and ready to level up your earnings

What You’ll Do

- Work retail events and in-store promotions to engage homeowners

- Run self-gen appointments and close deals

- Educate customers on the financial & environmental benefits of going solar

- Manage your pipeline and follow up effectively

- Collaborate with the team to share strategies and successes

Job Type: Full-time, Commission Only

Annual OTE: $200,000 – $350,000+
