We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door solar sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in solar canvassing, proven leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train sales reps in the field.
- Manage and oversee a team of door-to-door solar sales representatives.
- Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing performance coaching.
- Plan and assign sales territories to maximize efficiency and results.
- Generate and track new leads while ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Monitor team performance, analyze results, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain a strong presence in the field to support reps and ensure goals are met.
- Previous experience in solar door-to-door canvassing and sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train, inspire, and hold team members accountable.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation
$96,000 - $138,000/year (including commissions and bonuses)
Additional pay types:
- Weekend availability as needed
- Hybrid remote (office-based in Tarrytown, NY)
