Solar Sales Closer

About the Opportunity

This position is designed for proven solar professionals who can confidently meet with homeowners, qualify them for solar programs, and guide them through the transition from traditional utility power to solar energy.

Closers will initially self-generate opportunities to demonstrate production, after which they will be placed into our appointment pipeline and begin receiving company-provided appointments from setters.

Our team benefits from in-house installations averaging 30 days or less from signed agreement, helping you close deals confidently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Top performers are earning $10,000 – $30,000+ per month in commissions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home solar consultations - Meet directly with homeowners to present customized solar energy solutions and explain the benefits of transitioning from utility power to solar.

- Generate opportunities when needed - Self-generate leads in the beginning to demonstrate production and maintain deal flow when necessary.

- Run company-provided appointments - After proving performance, closers will be placed into the pipeline and receive qualified appointments from company setters.

- Maintain a professional customer experience - Build trust with homeowners and ensure clear communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Previous solar closing experience required

- Strong in-home sales ability

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work Monday–Saturday schedule

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
