We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects from start to finish.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction management principles. This role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
•Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

•Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
•Conduct regular high-level meetings with Finance, EPC and sales organizations to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality compliance.
•Facilitate communication among in house team members and stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
•Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
•Coordinate financial aspects with direct lenders and banks to secure project funding.
•Employ effective time management strategies to enhance productivity throughout all project phases.
•Develop project schedules using tools such as Sunbase and Aurora .
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
•Review contracts and manage contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
•Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
•Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
•Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
•Utilize Bluebeam for document management and blueprint reading to ensure accurate project specifications.
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schematics and reports.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar EPC project management.

Ability to efficiently manage construction sites and read blueprints.
