We help homeowners cut utility costs by installing solar, heat pumps, and roofing — all under one roof. We're hiring a Project Manager with experience in solar, electrical, heat pumps, or roofing to run residential projects from contract to completion.

What You’ll Do

2+ years managing solar/electrical/construction projects Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Experience with trenching, subpanels, and municipal inspections

Strong leadership and communication on job sites

You take full ownership — from job walk to PTO

$90,000–$110,000/year (Base + Bonuses)
