We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and people-focused Sales Operations Director to support our rapidly growing sales organization. This key leadership role acts as a reliable and strong anchor to the inside and field sales teams by offering support, guidance, and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on—coaching sales reps, streamlining workflows, managing KPIs, assisting with payroll calculations for the sales teams, and ensuring smooth execution from lead to close.
- Be the go-to operational contact for sales teams.
- Handle lead and appointment change requests.
- Be a sounding board to sales leadership and active on consultant chats.
- Assist with deal progression, sales process guidance, and project advancement.
- Build and maintain tools and systems to support sales effectiveness and CRM utilization.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions to enhance sales performance and consistency.
- Lead by example in communication, professionalism, and customer-centric selling.
- Coach and mentor sales staff on value-based selling and objection handling.
- Help with weekly motivational calls.
- Possess a high working knowledge of all the tools sales professionals will be using and assist with onboarding, offering technical support as needed.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and KPIs regularly.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure sales goals align with company growth objectives.
- Run and prepare reports for C-level leadership.
- Assist in calculating payroll and commissions for the sales team.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all sales compensation processes.
- Partner with finance to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Assist with cross-departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support alignment between inside sales, field sales, and administrative departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between Canadian field operations and Utah HQ.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue leadership role.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes, preferably with experience supporting field teams.
- Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, CRM platforms (e.g., Podio, Coperniq, GoHighLevel), and payroll systems (e.g., UKG, Rippling)
- Proven ability to coach salespeople and build scalable systems that increase deal velocity and close rates.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones with international teams (U.S. and Canada).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$80,000/year DOE
