Solar Superintendent

Solar Superintendent Location: Project Site – Texas Company: Virtus Renewables

Purpose

Virtus Renewables seeks an experienced and driven Solar Superintendent to lead the successful execution of utility-solar remediation projects across Texas. This role is responsible for directly supervising field crews, managing daily installation activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently upheld.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing solar construction teams and installations, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, site logistics, and construction best practices. Required Skills and Expertise

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in solar installation, construction supervision, or a similar leadership role. Previous experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman on solar projects is required.

Education and Certifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or coursework in electrical systems, construction management, or renewable energy is preferred.

Certifications: OSHA 30 required. Additional safety or trade certifications are a plus.
