M&M Energy Innovations is actively seeking a Regional Field Director to take over and grow an existing, high-producing sales team in Tucson, Arizona.

We operate in 35 states for residential solar and all 50 states for commercial solar, partnering with top installation companies and local utilities to help homeowners maximize incentives and reduce energy costs. Our mission is to provide energy stability, savings, and long-term value to our customers while creating highly lucrative opportunities for our sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage an existing, high-performing D2D solar sales team in Tucson

- Train, mentor, and develop new and experienced reps in both sales and leadership

- Collaborate with company leadership to hit aggressive regional targets

- Oversee performance, team culture, and field execution

- Manage and expand your territory while upholding M&M’s values and reputation

- Stay current on all product offerings, incentives, and market trends

- Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and closing effectiveness

Qualifications:

- 2–3+ years of experience in solar sales (required)

- Proven ability to train, develop, and scale door-to-door sales teams

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking

- Willingness to travel locally and engage with teams in the field

- U.S. work authorization is required

Pay: $190,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
