At SunnyMac LLC, every installer begins on the roof — the foundation of learning our craft and growing within our company. We offer a structured pay scale and tenure-based raises, especially for those who earn continuing education certifications. - Pay: $18 – $24/hour, based on experience and qualifications

- Verify truck inventory matches project plans and BOM
- Professionally interact with homeowners and team members
- Identify and work with various racking systems and components
- Prep and install solar panels efficiently and securely
- Safely carry materials from ground to roof multiple times per day
- Work comfortably on roofs of various types and pitches
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and work vehicle
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support troubleshooting efforts as needed onsite
- Assist with any onsite installation tasks as directed
- Safely use ladders and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Regularly check Google Calendar, chat, and email for updates
- Be punctual, accountable, and a positive team player
- Take pride in your work and represent SunnyMac professionally
- Monday to Friday
- 8+ hour shifts- Weekend work available but optional
- Prior solar experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable with physical labor and heights
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
